Visa Nexa believes in supporting its clients as much as possible and has therefore adopted a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Please review the terms below carefully:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order or booking a service. However, a cancellation request may not be accepted if the order or service request has already been processed or communicated to our partners, vendors, or service providers.

Non-Cancellable Services or Items

Visa Nexa does not accept cancellation requests for time-sensitive or non-refundable services once work has commenced (for example: government filing fees, third-party assessments, couriered documents, or other non-recoverable costs). However, if the client can demonstrate that the service delivered was not as agreed or of acceptable quality, a review may be initiated by our team.

Damaged or Defective Deliverables

In the rare event you receive damaged, incomplete, or defective documents or materials, please report the issue to our Client Services Team within 7 days of receiving them. Your complaint will be reviewed, and if verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include correction, replacement, or a partial refund (as applicable).

Dissatisfaction or Mismatch

If you believe the service or product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Client Services Team within 7 days of delivery or completion. After assessing your case, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Manufacturer Warranties (if applicable)

For any third-party products or services that include a separate manufacturer or provider warranty, clients are advised to contact the respective provider directly. Visa Nexa will support you in facilitating communication when needed but is not responsible for warranty claims made directly to external providers.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved by Visa Nexa, it will be processed within 6–8 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
