As a component of your permanent residency application, you should present a work permit application. If you meet the qualification standards, a work permit will be granted, permitting you to fill in as a caregiver for any business. After accumulating at least 12 months of qualifying work experience, you should give evidence, and the final choice on your permanent residency application will be made. Competitors should meet level 5 of the Canadian Language Benchmark in one or the other English or French and should survey their schooling through an Educational Credential Assessment which is ECA. To gain the necessary work experience for Canadian permanent residence through the Home Child Care Provider or Home Support Worker Pilot, you must have a valid and authentic job offer that meets the following criteria:
Additionally, the salary in the job offer will be reviewed to ensure you can financially support yourself and your family while working as a caregiver in Canada.
Your work experience must fall within one of the specified occupations; it cannot be a combination of both. If you have prior caregiving experience in Canada, the job offer must align with the caregiving work you have already performed.
